Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home with a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

This remote role pays hourly and lets you work from anywhere on your own terms. You’ll assess adherence to prompts, rate realism and quality, and contribute to improving AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing an explanation in English.
