Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, scoring exchanges, and explaining what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will compare AI-generated images and videos, judge how well they follow prompts, and provide concise explanations to help improve AI systems. Flexible hours, remote work, and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot artifacts, mismatches, and timing issues in audio/video.
• Writing specific English explanations that point to what was seen or heard.
