Outlier is hiring English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off in writing. This is a remote, contract-based role with pay tied to project requirements.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to clearly describe issues, and comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/review content.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide written explanations of observations.
