Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You can work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments in USD. Ideal candidates have strong written English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to make clear, evidence-based judgments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and the ability to engage in natural, everyday conversation.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred. Remote-friendly applicants from listed countries allowed.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom, replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
