Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking a Sales Support and AI Advisor II to lead day-to-day AI build work for the sales teams, creating AI-powered tools, prompts, templates, and automations that save reps time and increase educator engagement.

The role also supports field and territory activities by prospecting districts, building strategic relationships, and delivering demonstrations to advance Curriculum Associates solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools, especially Claude, including prompt engineering and building reusable projects, templates, and automations.
• Passion for learning and quickly adopting emerging AI tools and workflows.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong knowledge of K–8 education, curriculum, instructional practices, or experience supporting educators is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales AI Enablement (Primary Focus – ~80%): Build AI-powered tools, templates, and automations in Claude; write, test, and refine prompts; deliver targeted trainings on AI tools and best practices.
• Pilot new AI builds with small groups, gather feedback, and improve solutions before broader rollout.
• Document outcomes and share successful prompts and tools across all six sales areas for reuse.
• Territory & Field Sales Support (~20%): Prospect new schools and districts, conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations, and develop expertise in Curriculum Associates’ products.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and educators in pilot accounts to support successful implementations.
