eScholar is seeking a part-time Sales & AI Sales Agent Coordinator to support education agencies, districts, and partner organizations. This role will collaborate with AI sales agents and internal teams to build qualified pipeline, assist RFP responses, arrange introductory calls with potential customers, maintain content, and coordinate the monthly newsletter.

• Experience in sales support or related roles.

• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple outreach tasks concurrently.
• Experience with website/newsletter updates and RFP support.

Responsibilities

• Work with AI sales agents to identify and prioritize prospective customers and partners.
• Use AI workflows to create prospect lists, outreach drafts, meeting prep notes, and follow-up summaries.
• Help drive >$2M in qualified pipeline through prospecting and follow-up.
• Draft and quality-check RFP responses and customer-facing content.
• Coordinate introductory sales calls and track next steps.
