Job summary

Harris is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for Harris Secure Connect and Doc-Tor.com across the healthcare technology and revenue cycle management markets. This remote role is open to professionals in the US or Canada, with a focus on prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, and using AI-enabled tools to accelerate sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of hitting quotas and closing new logo deals.
• Able to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage activities and forecasts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage prospective customers via outbound outreach.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Deliver pricing presentations, proposals, and ROI analyses.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s workflow.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on lead generation.
• Track opportunities and forecasts in the CRM.
