Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States. You will lead end-to-end customer implementations for AI-powered financial crime solutions, from discovery through production launch.

Design data integrations, configure fraud/AML programs, and optimize AI agents to support investigation workflows. You will work with banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms, translating business and regulatory requirements into robust technical solutions, while managing multiple projects and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fintech/regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Postman, SQL, relational databases, ETL pipelines, and at least one programming language (Python/JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot end-to-end data integrations with data mapping and production data quality checks.
• Strong data analysis to interpret customer data structures and communicate changes to technical teams.
• Experience with core banking data systems (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry) is an advantage.
• Ability to translate fraud and compliance requirements into detection rules and validate against real-world data.
• Hands-on experience configuring or building LLM-based workflows or AI agents for production readiness.
• Understanding of fraud detection, AML processes, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Strong project management and communication skills across compliance, business, and data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through go-live, managing plans and milestones.
• Design customer-specific data integrations using real-time APIs and batch files, including schema mapping and backfills.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, including rule tuning and risk rating models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows to support alert and case investigations.
• Implement regulatory workflows (SARs, CTRs, CRR) and compliance processes.
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure production readiness of integrations and solutions.
• Educate and enable customers to operate the platform independently post-implementation.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
