Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead AI-powered financial crime solution deployments for banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms. You will own end-to-end implementations, design data integrations, and configure fraud and AML programs while coordinating across business and technical stakeholders.

You will build AI-powered investigation workflows, validate data quality, and ensure production readiness, with a focus on regulatory compliance and scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live, managing plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts with schema mapping and production readiness.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, including rules, screening processes, and CRR models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for alert and case investigation.
• Implement regulatory workflows for SARs, CTRs, CRR and related compliance processes.
• Validate data quality, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure production reliability.
• Train customers on the platform and enable self-sufficiency before transitioning to Customer Success.
• Manage multiple implementations concurrently, adapting to changing requirements and risks.
• Create repeatable implementation playbooks and scalable processes.
• Share feedback and patterns to inform product improvements.
