Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States to lead AI-driven financial crime solution deployments from discovery to go-live. You will design data integrations, configure fraud and AML programs, and develop AI-powered investigation workflows, working with banks and fintechs while navigating evolving regulations.

The role emphasizes customer-facing delivery, multi-implementation management, and collaboration with Product and Engineering to improve future offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation or related field for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech/regtech or financial crime prevention desirable.
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, Postman, SQL, ETL pipelines, and Python/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ability to design end-to-end data integrations with data mapping, schema validation, backfills, and data quality checks.
• Strong data analysis to interpret customer data structures and communicate changes.
• Familiarity with core banking data from FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry is an advantage.
• Experience configuring or building LLM-based workflows or AI agents.
• Understanding of fraud detection and AML processes and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to produce clear project updates.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end implementations: lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live, managing plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Design data integrations using real-time APIs, batch files, and core banking data extracts, including mapping and validation.
• Configure fraud and AML programs: build, test, and optimize detection rules and CRR models.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows: tune AI agents to aid alerts and cases in production.
• Implement regulatory workflows: SARs, CTRs, CRR, and other compliance processes.
• Test and troubleshoot solutions: validate data quality and resolve integration issues in production.
• Train customers: educate teams to operate the platform independently.
• Manage concurrent projects: keep multiple implementations on schedule and communicate risks.
• Develop repeatable implementation practices: create playbooks and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering: share feedback and improve future development.
