Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Forward Deployment Engineer to lead AI-powered financial crime implementations in the United States. You will design data integrations, configure fraud/AML detection programs, and optimize AI agents, coordinating across banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms.

You will own multiple projects, translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions, and drive production readiness while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering for a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, banking, or financial crime prevention is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and data integration concepts.
• Ability to design end-to-end data integrations and validate data quality.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into detection rules and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from discussions through go-live, managing plans and stakeholders.
• Design customer-specific data integrations using real-time APIs and batch files.
• Configure fraud and AML programs, including CRR models and screening processes.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and tune AI agents for investigations.
• Implement regulatory workflows for SARs, CTRs, and other compliance processes.
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure production readiness of solutions.
• Train customers and enable independent operation before transitioning to Customer Success.
• Manage multiple implementations with proactive risk management and recovery plans.
• Create repeatable implementation playbooks and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback into improvements.
