Job summary

Amgen seeks an AI Digital Product Sr Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of the Enterprise Agentic Ecosystem Platform. You will own product direction, collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and security teams, and drive impactful developer experiences while ensuring governance and Responsible AI.

You will define roadmaps, orchestrate platform capabilities, and measure adoption, latency, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading products and defining roadmaps.
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-native platforms; collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and security teams.
• Advanced degree with 6–12+ years in product/AI/tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for Enterprise Agentic Platform.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from discovery to scale.
• Collaborate with Responsible AI, Security, Privacy, Legal, and EA teams to ensure governance and compliance.
• Deliver a world-class developer experience with reusable SDKs, APIs, templates, and tooling.
