Job summary
Amgen is seeking an AI Digital Product Sr Manager for the AI Studio to lead a cross-functional team translating AI capabilities into measurable business impact. You will own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI applications, partnering with engineering, data science, UX, and business leaders to drive adoption and value.
You will manage opportunities from discovery through enterprise deployment, instituting rapid experimentation, quality, and scalable patterns while ensuring security and cost
Qualifications
- Experience leading digital AI products, defining product strategy and roadmaps.
- Strong technical fluency across AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with software engineers, AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI product strategy and delivery for a portfolio of AI applications and agents.
- Balance rapid experimentation with enterprise-quality delivery in 2–6 month cycles.
- Drive customer discovery and partner with scientists and business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into product requirements and work with cross-functional teams.
