Red Ventures is seeking a Director of AI Product Management, Platform, to own the platform’s strategy and roadmap. You will lead a team defining core capabilities for agent systems, including authoring workflows, connectivity, identity, governance, and cost management for regulated enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, client stakeholders, and business leaders to drive adoption and measurable impact from platform investments, in a hybrid work setting across

• Collect feedback from platform workflows to improve core features and scalability.
• Manage and develop a team of product managers with performance-driven guidance.
