Job summary

Amgen is seeking an AI Digital Product Sr Manager to lead a cross-functional team in discovering, building, launching, and scaling AI-powered solutions that advance scientific discovery and enterprise decision making.

You will collaborate across engineering, AI engineering, data science, UX and business units to translate emerging AI capabilities into production-ready applications, balancing rapid experimentation with enterprise quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital AI products and measuring product success.
• Strong technical fluency across AI technologies and cloud platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, UX designers and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Graduate degrees with corresponding experience as noted.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI product strategy and delivery across a portfolio of applications.
• Partner with researchers, engineers, data scientists and users to translate needs into requirements.
• Deliver AI products from concept to enterprise deployment with rapid iteration.
• Define and track product KPIs including adoption, usage, and business impact.
