Amgen Inc. is seeking a Director, AI Digital Product Management within Enterprise AI & Data Science to lead the product strategy for AI products across Commercial Value & Access.

You will oversee a group of AI products, setting vision, roadmaps, and priorities while coaching Product Managers and collaborating with business, engineering, and data science leaders. Lead a portfolio of AI products, define the vision, strategy, and priorities across the product group, while directly owning one

Qualifications

• Doctorate or higher in a relevant field with leadership experience in digital product management.
• Proven ability to manage people and lead teams, programs, or resources.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and product strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of AI products, defining vision, strategy, roadmaps and priorities.
• Coach and develop Product Managers, fostering customer-focused practices.
• Drive cross-product prioritization and investment trade-offs to maximize value.
• Partner with Value & Access, engineering, data science, and architecture teams.
• Guide AI products from discovery to launch, adoption and optimization.
• Ensure scalable, enterprise-ready solutions aligned with standards.
