Amgen is seeking a Director of AI Digital Product Management for Commercial Value & Access within Enterprise AI & Data Science. You will lead a portfolio of AI products, set strategy, and coach a team of Product Managers to deliver customer- and business-focused outcomes.

You will partner with engineering, data science, and business leaders to translate needs into scalable AI capabilities, ensuring responsible AI practices and measurable value realization across the product lifecycle.

Competenze

• Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s in IT, Digital Product Management, or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience leading AI/ML or data-driven enterprise products.
• Track record of translating customer needs into scalable product capabilities.

Mansioni

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI product group.
• Lead and coach Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
