Job summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Manager of Neural Nexus – Agentic AI Business Solutions in Thousand Oaks, CA, to lead delivery and adoption of AI-powered insights for commercial decision-making. You will define product strategies and roadmaps for Agentic AI solutions and translate business research needs into technical capabilities.

Qualifications
- Doctorate with 2+ years, Master’s with 4+ years, Bachelor’s with 6+ years, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in biotech/pharma insights, primary market research, and product management.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI and Generative AI applications.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
