Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Director of AI Digital Product Management within Enterprise AI & Data Science to lead AI product strategy, portfolio, and talent. You will drive a group of AI products, collaborating with engineering, data science, and business partners to deliver scalable solutions and measurable value.

You will guide product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization, while scaling teams and ensuring Responsible AI and security alignment across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with 4/8/10 years in IT/digital product management respectively.
• Plus at least 4 years of people leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Group Product Manager for a portfolio of AI products, setting vision, strategy, roadmaps and priorities across the group.
• Develop Product Managers, establishing strong product practices and a customer-focused culture.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, trade-offs, and resource allocation toward high-value opportunities.
• Translate customer needs and business opportunities into scalable product capabilities.
• Own AI product lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, scaling and optimization.
• Define and track KPIs, AI model performance, and value realization for the product group.
• Ensure scalability and Responsible AI alignment with privacy and security standards.
