Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Group Director, Consumer Services to lead our premier client relationships and revenue growth across multiple D2C verticals. You will own expansion strategies, manage top-tier accounts, and drive AI-enabled workflows, while guiding a team of Account Directors and specialists.

You will shape strategy, oversee P&L, and partner with sales and product to deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires a proven leadership track record in digital marketing and a data-driven

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing Account Directors or senior marketers.
• 10+ years of leadership in a digital marketing agency with lead-generation exposure.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Deep fluency in lead-gen funnels, attribution, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own net revenue retention and expansion MRR for the division; drive monthly expansion targets.
• Maintain executive relationships with top accounts and conduct regular check-ins.
• Forecast retention weekly and ensure data accuracy across the division.
• Lead strategic expansion paths, including local SEO, call tracking, and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with Sales to sharpen positioning and win rates for the division.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, and career progression for the division.
