Job summary

Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, seeks a Creative Director to lead a pod of creative professionals and own the full creative vision from strategy to post-production. You will collaborate with clients directly, guide high-priority accounts, and push innovative creative solutions across the division.

This player-coach role requires a proven track record in agency settings, strong leadership, and the ability to drive measurable results while maintaining top creative standards.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of digital marketing/creative experience, with 5+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on, expert-level experience across creative disciplines (copywriting, design, production, strategy, and/or post-production).
• 5+ years of experience managing a team, including performance management and development planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a pod of creative professionals (Strategists, Designers, Editors, ACDs), owning hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day leadership.
• Provide executive-level oversight for pod accounts, with hands-on support on the most complex or highest-priority clients.
• Own product quality through QA and drive innovation in creative services.
• Oversee growth and retention of both the team and its clients.
