Power Digital seeks a senior leader to head the Consumer Services division, driving client relationships and revenue growth across D2C verticals such as personal finance, home services, and hospitality. You will own retention and expansion, while coaching Account Directors to act as AI-native growth directors and shaping the division's go-to-market strategy.

You will lead the strategy across verticals, optimizing cost-per-lead and speed-to-lead, and ensuring effective marketing-to-sales handoffs

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Consumer Services division as the senior client relationship and revenue leader for lead-generation businesses across personal finance, home services, hospitality, and other D2C verticals.
• Own net revenue retention and expansion MRR, personally managing executive relationships across the top 30-40% of the portfolio and coaching Account Directors to operate as AI-native growth directors.
• Drive vertical-specific strategy including cost-per-lead, speed-to-lead, call tracking, and marketing‑to‑sales handoff, while representing Power Digital in market and shaping the division's go-to-market position.
