Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Group Director, CPG to lead executive relationships and drive growth for consumer brands in DTC ecommerce, while coordinating retail/e-tail expansion. You will own revenue, coach senior directors, and shape AI-driven workflows to accelerate client impact across the portfolio.

You will guide strategy with MD/VP input, manage a high-performance team, and push for innovation in AI-native marketing, scaling across top accounts and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Department leadership and management experience is required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency with CPG client work.
• Experience managing a P&L for profitable growth.
• Deep fluency in DTC ecommerce, including conversion, subscription and acquisition efficiency.
• Familiarity with DTC and retail/e-tail channel data and dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Own net revenue retention and expansion MRR for the division.
• Manage executive relationships with top portfolio accounts.
• Run monthly executive check-ins and quarterly plans for top accounts.
• Maintain accurate retention forecasts and pipeline metrics.
• Lead AI-native growth initiatives and select tools/workflows for the division.
• Collaborate with Sales on positioning, collateral, and win rates.
• Directly manage Account Directors and supervise the Associate Account Director pod.
• Hire, staff, and plan career paths for the division; drive AI adoption.
