Responsibilities

• Own net revenue retention and expansion for the division
• Direct executive relationships with top accounts
• Maintain a weekly retention forecast
• Track key metrics like cost-per-lead and lead-to-sale conversion
• Lead quarterly plans for priority accounts
• Build value-based business cases for expansion
• Collaborate with Sales to sharpen positioning and collateral
• Coach direct reports to operate as AI-Native Growth Directors
• Lead training on AI tools and processes
• Oversee division P&L and staffing plans
