Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring a Model Risk Advisor - Remote to promote governance of AI policies and standards across the organization. You will maintain a complete model inventory with ownership, risk ratings, and required metadata while assessing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with risk, audit, and enterprise teams, develop reporting and metrics for executive insight, and support model validation efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in model risk management or related practices.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or related field.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk management, or audits.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies and standards.
• Maintain inventory of models including ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, and business impact.
• Establish and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance; flag issues.
