Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance awareness and adoption across the enterprise.
• Establish and maintain an inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership, risk ratings and metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, business impact and usage.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs and policy compliance, and call out issues as appropriate.
• Support model validation and testing activities and communicate recommendations.
• Participate in AI Model Governance oversight activities, audits and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting, metrics and executive insights for governance and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams, auditors and external suppliers on governance docs.
• Monitor regulatory expectations related to AI and model risk and update practices.
