Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management and related practices.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI governance standards.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Promote governance practices for AI policies and standards.
• Maintain inventory of AI/GenAI models including metadata and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory needs, and business impact.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks and procedures.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance; raise issues as needed.
• Support model validation and testing; document findings and recommendations.
• Participate in AI Model Governance oversight, audits and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and suppliers on governance documentation.
• Monitor regulatory expectations related to AI and model risk; incorporate into practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate governance processes and controls.
