Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management, risk, or audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and auditing principles.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI governance standards.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience deploying AI governance programs across a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness and adoption of AI governance policies and standards.
• Maintain inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory needs, and impact.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks and controls.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and policy compliance.
• Support model validation, testing, and documenting findings.
• Participate in AI governance oversight, audits, and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address risks.
• Monitor regulatory expectations and incorporate into governance practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate governance processes.
