Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Model Risk Advisor to promote governance of AI models and ensure compliance. The role focuses on maintaining model inventories, assessing risk, and supporting governance activities across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in model risk management or audits, strong data governance skills, and experience with AI ethics and regulatory expectations. Remote work is available with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in model risk management, risk or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Info Mgmt or related field.
• Experience with AI governance, compliance monitoring or audits.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI governance policies, standards and responsible AI practices.
• Establish inventory of AI/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory needs and business impact.
• Maintain governance frameworks, controls, and procedures with partners.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on AI governance and model risk.
