CSAA Insurance Group is actively hiring for a Model Risk Advisor – Remote. The role focuses on promoting effective governance practices, maintaining AI policy frameworks, and streamlining governance processes.

You will identify actionable insights to close compliance gaps and collaborate with teams to strengthen AI governance across the organization. The position involves engaging with the enterprise AI community, maintaining model inventories, and supporting validation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer science, information management, data science or related field.
• Experience in AI model governance, Model Risk Management, or Audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Ability to communicate complex AI governance concepts clearly.
• Experience deploying AI governance programs across a large enterprise.
• Familiarity with AI governance policies, standards and controls.

Responsabilités

• Promote governance practices and support AI policies and standards adoption.
• Streamline governance processes and identify insights to close compliance gaps.
• Engage with the enterprise AI community to promote awareness and adoption of governance policies.
• Maintain inventory of models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk based on complexity, regulatory requirements, and business impact.
• Support model validation, testing, and communication of findings.
• Participate in AI Model Governance oversight activities and audits.
• Develop reports and executive insights on AI governance and model risk.
