Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what was off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, supporting a feedback loop that translates frontier research into real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatch; explain findings in writing.
• Provide structured explanations in English identifying what looked off.
