Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare image and video outputs to determine which adheres best to prompts.

You will inspect outputs for issues such as distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio-video mismatches, then provide written explanations in English. The work supports advancing AI systems toward real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations conversationally.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flicker, or misalignment, and write detailed explanations.
