Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by scoring exchanges, identifying errors such as distortions or mismatches, and providing concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to what was observed.
• Evaluating image/video pairs and labeling captions or actions with accuracy.
