Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere, on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, assess compliance with prompts, and document what is off in writing.

Your evaluations help improve AI systems in real-world applications. Responsibilities include comparing images and videos, spotting issues, and rating outputs with concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear explanation of observations in English.
