Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors help shape AI behavior by providing detailed written feedback and ratings across adherence, quality, and realism while working flexibly from home. Remote, international participation is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and ability to describe issues precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you observed.
