Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, ranking which follows the instructions better, and writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English about what was observed.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounds.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like artifacts or audio/video misalignment.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English that point to observations.
