Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what seemed off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will review images, videos, and audio for adherence to prompts, rate quality and realism, and contribute to improving AI systems with precise feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear they sound.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text or audio mismatches.
• Write a concise explanation in English detailing what you observed and why.
