Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your schedule. You will evaluate live AI voice conversations, compare image/video pairs, and write concise explanations of what looked off, helping shape how AI systems improve in real-world use.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, realism, and writing explanations in English.
