Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote basis. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, rate naturalness, and explain what’s off in writing, helping shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos, identifying issues, and providing concise explanations in English to support prompt adherence and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
