Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve AI systems.

Contributors assess prompt adherence, quality and realism across tasks, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. This freelance role supports a remote, global workforce.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/visual misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
