Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, remotely on your own schedule.

You can work from home with flexible hours and earn up to $15 per hour. Paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, with additional incentives and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when two options have flaws.
• Applicants from multiple countries including the US are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English that describe what was seen or heard and why.
