Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of our evaluation loop, you’ll help shape AI systems by rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, with tasks spanning image, video, and audio assessments. This freelance opportunity offers flexible hours and remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience explaining or reviewing AI outputs in writing.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred; active applicants from several countries are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues (artifacts, misalignment, etc.).
