Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule from home.

This freelance, 1099 opportunity pays up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
