Job summary

Outlier offers a remote, flexible-hours opportunity to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and attention to detail, capable of producing concise, evidence-based explanations. A Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have, and this is a freelance 1099 contract role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a clear explanation in English.
