Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on flexible schedules. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, scoring each exchange for adherence and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication ability.
• Very high attention to detail and careful review of media outputs.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals or audio mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
