Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what was off in writing, all on your own schedule.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, clear written communication, and the ability to decide with imperfect information. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and you can work from home from anywhere internationally.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a concise, English explanation detailing what you observed for each evaluation.
