Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate and compare AI outputs, and explain in writing what looked off, all on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations to help improve AI systems. This is a freelance/remote opportunity with flexible hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain observations clearly.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and communicating naturally.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, English-language conversation with AI voice models and ranking responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing concise explanations.
