Job summary

Clera is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join a founder-led team focused on AI data solutions. You will own lab relationships end to end, reporting to the founder, and help build a go-to-market in a fast-paced, early stage environment.

You will open conversations with AI labs, scope their needs for data solutions, close deals, and nurture ongoing relationships to drive growth, collaborating closely with the founder on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience selling data products to AI labs (annotation environments, RL environments, evals, or expert talent).
• Quota-carrying closer with AE or equivalent background.
• Existing relationships with research, post-training or data teams at AI labs.

Responsibilities

• Open conversations with research, post-training and data teams at frontier labs and smaller neo labs.
• Scope their needs for expert data solutions, RL environments, evals or expert talent.
• Structure deals that vary from upfront contracts to larger structured partnerships.
• Close deals and nurture ongoing relationships to drive growth.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on strategy and execution.
