Nagarro in New York City seeks a high-energy, client-facing account growth leader to drive AI transformation engagements across one or more large accounts. You will build executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs and shape strategic roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.

The role emphasizes multi-year revenue growth, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and capability teams, and a proven track record of expanding offerings within existing portfolios.

Qualifications

• Has at least 5 years of key account leadership with a 20+ million account.
• Can credibly engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads.
• AI fluency in an industry context for AI transformation.
• Deal shaping and commercial acumen; comfortable in procurement/negotiations.
• Collaborative operator; works with engineering and capability teams with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver double-intensity YOY growth at one or more key accounts.
• Position Nagarro with CXOs as the strategic partner for AI transformation.
• Expand the breadth and depth of engagement within managed accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and sell expanded offerings; procure testimonials.
