Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large accounts (>$20M) in professional services.
• Ability to engage CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and senior business leaders.
• AI fluency and experience with AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong deal shaping, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned portfolio by 15%+ YOY.
• Achieve revenue targets through structured account planning and CXO engagement.
• Establish a seat at the top table for AI within managed accounts.
• Procure public testimonials and references about Nagarro's work.
